All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.
SHIPPING COSTS
A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 is applied to all orders. Promotional free-shipping offers, when active, will be reflected at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
DELAYS
While we work hard to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
